Uploads a file that can later be referenced when creating custom actions or processes.
The file must be sent as multipart/form-data under the "file" field.

The file to upload, sent as multipart/form-data under the "file" field

File type (e.g. exe, dll, log). If empty it is derived from the file name.

Whether the file is stored locally or referenced remotely: local or remote

Download path, used when the file is referenced remotely

Whether the uploaded file is executable

boolean

Whether to skip extracting the uploaded zip archive
